Build Your Own Wheel - TCM Wheels
TCM Bespoke wheel service guide
Ordering a set of custom wheels is simple! Just follow the steps below, and enjoy an unforgettable bespoke experience.
If you're already familiar with ordering bespoke wheels, feel free to skip the steps and head straight to our configurator.

STEP 1
You need to figure out what spec are you trying to run. In other words, we need to know what size & width, offset, bolt pattern, and bore center you are looking for.
if you unfamiliar with the terms, here are some good source for your reference:

STEP 2
Make sure your fitment is correct and will work with your car setup without rubbing or hitting other components. Usually in your car's forum, there are bunch of infomation of people sharing the wheel fitment setup.
You can virtually calculate the wheel setup using fitment calculator like this:

STEP 3
Double check all the spec data and use our configuartor for the quote, and make the payment of deposit for the custom work, and then we will take care of the rest.
The deposit is refundable if the wheel cannot be customized due to excessive sizing or if it fails the safety simulation because of the sizing or offsets.

What's Next
CAD and Rendering
Our engineers will adjust and design the wheel files using CAD based on the specifications and design you provided.
Please note that we may contact you for confirmation during this process if the specifications are particularly unique or need adjustments due to manufacturing considerations

Finite Element Analysis
After completing the CAD design, the wheels will undergo simulation testing using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess bending, radial, and multiple impact resistance.
If the design passes the test and is approved for production, the remaining balance will be due to proceed with the order. At this stage, both the deposit and full payment will become non-refundable.
If the design fails the test, we will communicate the reasons and necessary modifications. Should you choose to proceed, we will revise the CAD design and re-run the simulations until the design meets the required standards.

Production
Once the payment is cleared and all details are confirmed, the wheels will proceed through the full manufacturing process.
Upon completion, each wheel will undergo strict quality control (QC) inspections before being shipped to you.
This production process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on production line capacity and complexity.
